Audrey is amazing! This was my second lymphatic drainage massage it’s is fantastic! We talked about areas we need to work on more and what we didn’t. She answers my questions and gave suggestions for my concerns. She is just amazing and so sweet!

My husband and I had our first visit to Abundant Heath today. My husband received the foot reflexology and I received an hour-long full body massage. Our massage therapist was Kathy, and her service was perfect! She was very polite, and her pressure was perfect and exactly what we asked for (medium for me and firm for my husband).
