Abundance co-op Even though the store is small, there is quite a bit packed into it. They offer a wide variety of foods you don't often see at the big store chains. Abundance Cooperative Market is something I miss very much about Rochester! Oh my goodness it makes me cry to think how much I miss Abundance co-op!!! This is the greatest little store and it's packed with great product, but also it's a labour of love for those who work there. This is a very unique and special place and a local business worth supporting. The last time I was there in July, they'd changed the layout around a bit and things felt more roomy especially in the little eating area.

Great people and selection Abundance is a great place to shop. Support local farmers, and good politics while shopping healthier for your self and family. My favorite sections are the produce and the bulk, plus I'm always shocked at how yummy the vegan bakery goods are. And they have been expanding their selection of many things and are usually very willing to special order anything they don't carry.
Lovely Place to Shop Abundance Co-op is a great place to shop if you care about the Earth and your family. They offer many Vegetarian, Vegan, and Organic (including organic free range meats for non-vegetarians) foods and products for your house. They have a bulk section with nut butters, grains, and even household items (shampoo, cleaners, etc.) so you are not wasting packaging. Natural Foods, a great organization Abundance Co-operative Market is one of the best places in Rochester to get health foods, organic produce and other natural products. The store is staffed by co-op members, so you will always find someone friendly to help. Their various nut butters are amazing, and I haven't found their equal anywhere else in town. Natural Food, great people The Abundance is a great market to go and buy all of your healthy and organic foods. The shelves are always stocked to the brim with anything you could want. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, always with a smile. The pricing seem to along the lines of other natural food stores, more expensive than your typical Wegman's food, but your trading price for quality and health.
