When it was Alliance it was a great hometown bank. Now that it is Commercial Bank it has become more expensive to deal with and we left. We were nailed when trying to get a mortgage: we had a HELOC with Alliance that we paid off and closed under Commercial Bank but they apparently NEVER FILED THE RELEASE WITH THE COUNTY so it STILL SHOWed AS A LEIN ON OUR PROPERTY years later. awful and unprofessional service,terrible customer service,poor online banking,will continue with pictures from online banking,do not deal with this bank especially when you owe business,union rd have a workers coming straight from flea market with bad communication skills and counting.
Excellent customer service. Very business friendly. If I need to pull $50,000 in cash out of my account they can make it happen same day with zero wait. I'm a happy customer with over 5 years with Alliance in Gastonia NC.
