I used to love AB&T but I make large deposits sometimes from me working very hard and every time I feel like I am being racially profiled. My last check I was told it would take 2 weeks to clear it along with multiple people checking it to see if it looked legit. Then I go to the drive thru recently to make a cash deposit and the teller in the front comes to the drive thru to stare me in my face while the other teller is attempting to assist me. I have multiple banks and seriously thinking about dropping this one
Was profiled cause the teller thought I stole the check and kept looking at me weird…then she proceed to call the person who wrote the check to ask did I steal it…after everything was cleared up she sent a black lady to apologize to me instead of her…ILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!
I genuinely enjoy doing business with AB&T. From the tellers, to the senior staff and management, I feel welcomed and that I am a valued customer at AB&T.
