I had an appt at 215, provider texted and asked if I wanted to do a telemedicine visit instead because he or she had childcare issues. I said yes and about 315 I still hadn’t heard anythjng. So I texted back and he asked for my ID, weight and BP. He says he needs pictures, I don’t carry an automatic BP machine with me so I don’t have it. He stops responding after that, never responded again. I called and they rescheduled me for 9pm but again, no call. Dr Kurup is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the process from beginning to end! He is also very Professional! I scheduled my appointment online (super easy) received a text confirmation, sent my documents and had a tele-visit all in the same day! I would highly recommend this location!
