I love this store! The staff is so helpful and they have a great selection of canvases and fibers.

The salespeople were rude and acted annoyed that I was there. I wanted to try a new form of needle work but they were dismissive and quickly shuffled me out of the store because I had a cross stitch with me. I'm not sure why there's so much hostility in a needlepoint store.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I drove 3 hours and not disappointed in the slightest. So many canvases. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I will be back. 10/10

I had a very disappointing experience at this needlepoint store. The customer service was poor from start to finish—unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. I also did not receive what I asked for, and there was little effort made to resolve the issue or make it right. I was really looking forward to supporting this shop, but unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve both their communication and attention to customer needs.

Such a great needlepoint shop! They have an amazing selection of threads and canvases—so many beautiful options to choose from. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, which makes every visit enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!
