Alan and Jack were amazing today. They were polite, understanding, provided very high quality service at a fair price. They replaced my DELL laptop keyboard and also gave me very good advice. They also agreed to help me with one of old Mac desktops. They were also very polite and fair with other customers in the store. I highly recommend them.
