Had a Fire and Ice experience at the weekend.The room was ready to go as soon as I entered and is very well priced. Extremely professional and clean.Enjoyed the session and the fact you have your own room is also a bonus. Dan also is very knowledgeable in recovery and had a few tips. Will definitely be used again.

New owners are delivering a shocking experience. Previous client ran 15min into my booking in the sauna, with no communication from staff to to me to either inform me, or to follow up to ensure timings were managed. No towel provided despite outlining that towels are provided when I gave them a phone call to book earlier that day. And then on top of this no call from the owner who the staff promised would call to discuss the experience. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

I kindly asked not to see indecent exposure while going to there facility my idea of appropriate uniform to there's is different I got asked not to go back 🤷♂️
