Absolute Power provides me with regularly maintenance service every year since 1st installation of Generac 24KW system in 2021. I receive an email reminder when annual maintenance is due and the technician texts me the day of the appointment to let me know the approximate arrival time. I missed the last message due to a problem with my phone, but when I called them, they answered promptly and told me where the technician was and that he was on the way, but still stuck in traffic. I ordered a gasket from Absolute Power LTD, unfortunately the wrong gasket was sent. When I inquired about this they didn't lay blame or excuses, they simply apologized and sent out the correct gasket at no charge with a tracking number. The original wrong gasket was 1.29 and shipping around 20.00 as to not damage it in shipping, I'm in Ont. The correct gasket around 6.50. We have had our generator installed 18 years ago and absolute power has serviced it each year since. It gets used a lot as we are often in a power loss zone which sometimes takes several days to regain our power. It has never let us down. Service is important so you may as well get it done by a good reputable company which they are.
