The team at Absolute Physio & Rehab are lovely!!! I saw Dylan, for a few months where we set a goal and he helped me achieve it. He was able to accommodate my work schedule, and give exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend.
After 6mths of chronic back pain, Dylan Lin and the amazing team have got me back to a decent quality of life and an amazing maintenance program to keep me on track, honestly... 5 stars is not enough
Matthew has been instrumental in my recovery. He listened, adapted the treatment to my needs and has reduced my pain. Matthew has also improved my mobility and made the whole process feel manageable and a positive experience. If you are looking for a physiotherapist I suggest - Absolute Physio and Rehab.
