I purchased the Onyx A/M-24 Automatic/Manual Inflatable Life Jacket, Low Profile, Compact Design, Manual Convertible Inflation Option life vest from Amazon. I tested it in the pool, so I discharged the CO2 unit in the pool while I was wearing the vest. I found that when I leaned forward and my face was in the water, that it would not cause my head to tilt back if I was unconscious. I wanted to return the vest for this reason. I am only rating this company one star because it won’t let me select zero. This transaction was the worst I’ve ever had. The ordering system is horribly flawed. When I attempted to select a name to drop-ship the product to and entered my debit card data, it automatically changed the recipient to the debit card holder. When selecting the address to deliver the product to, the default selects its own address and you have to override the default manually. I drove past their worksite on Sunday. I stopped and asked if they could stop by my house to help get part of fallen tree out of my driveway. I came back around 1hr laterals told them never mind I was taking my husband to the hospital. A few hours I received photos of my driveway being cleaned off. God bless you.
