I have never been to a physio that I feel so comfortable and safe in. Sam has provided such incredible guidance in my recovery, explaining every part of my injury and providing me with goals to work toward. Would absolutely recommend these guys for your pain needs!
I have been attending physio with Sam at absolute for around 6 months now, I injured myself in 2016 and since then have seen a physio nearly every week, I can confidently say I have made more progress with reducing my pain levels and increasing my strength and endurance more in the last six months than with any other physio ive seen over the last 8 years.. Everyone is absolutely amazing, the minute you walk in the door. Leigh always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming. They are great with appointment flexibility. Sam has been an incredible help in my healing journey, from physio exercises, streaches to dry needling. I have also been receiving remedial massge from Mark, what a difference it has made for me. I couldn't recommend them more.
