I’m helping my 87 year old father navigate aging and hearing has been a challenge. He’s had bad experiences with hearing aids and we let him go way too long without addressing the situation. I was in Pawleys this week for vacation when my Phonak BiCROS HAs started having issues. Donna was very helpful to schedule me the PI office. Dr. Retey was very helpful & tested the receiver. Unfortunately I’ll have to see my regular audiologist when I get home so they can send the aids into Phonak for repair. Big thanks to Donna & Dr Retey!
Great service! Got in same day my hearing aid wouldn't work. They squeezed me in so Paul could take care of it - I'd already changed earpiece & battery. He repaired it in 3 minutes & I was on my way! I hate not being able to hear properly. It’s annoying & I get agitated. So thankful to them for the quick service.

Second time exploring my need for hearing aids. Paul at Absolute was so good at explaining things with helpful aids like showing me the inside of my own ear. He made me feel like he wanted to help me, not make a sale. I highly recommend!
