I was in Pawleys this week for vacation when my Phonak BiCROS HAs started having issues. Donna was very helpful to schedule me the PI office. Dr. Retey was very helpful & tested the receiver. Unfortunately I’ll have to see my regular audiologist when I get home so they can send the aids into Phonak for repair. Big thanks to Donna & Dr Retey!
Great service! Got in same day my hearing aid wouldn't work. They squeezed me in so Paul could take care of it - I'd already changed earpiece & battery. He repaired it in 3 minutes & I was on my way! I hate not being able to hear properly. It’s annoying & I get agitated. So thankful to them for the quick service.
