A different window company had to cancel my appointment less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive... I started calling around & happy Absolute Glass & Windows answered. They could be there shortly AND match a quote I already had. I thought I needed a window spring replacement for a half bathroom. It turns out, I was told I didn't and it was fixed in less than a minute(!) I had my window broken due to vandalism. I called several places in the metro area, they either wanted to replace ALL my windows or over charge me. Not one place would replace one window. Victor was prompt and sent me a quote day of the incident. He was on time when he came for the measurements, and was able to get my window replaced within the quoted time frame. He was also very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. I will recommend Absolute glass to anyone who needs a window replaced!
