My mother had her booked to drive her to the airport this morning. She was to pick mom up at 5:30 AM, and she never showed. And did not pick up the call. My mom missed her plane and had to reschedule it. And, my mother was a repeat customer and treated this way. Just get a Lyft or Uber.
I have no clue what google is asking me to do
We were going to the Kentucky Oaks and Derby and arranged transportation with Char for both days. We were so lucky to have found her company. She went above and beyond to make sure we were to Churchill Downs on time and she waited for us after each event, even when we were delayed. We will use this service and HIGHLY recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Louisville. Many thanks for everything Char!
Called twice leaving a message trying to arrange a ride to the Louisville airport. Never got an answer, never got a reply. I went with Uber. It is unbelievable how expensive taxi service is.
