Very good service. She answered the call right away and gave us a ride from New Albany across the river, to 4th street life in Louisville. Would recommend.
I have had a wonderful experience with Char. She is very up front about whether she can do it or not. I have not had any problems from this company. I use them all the time.
My mother had her booked to drive her to the airport this morning. She was to pick mom up at 5:30 AM, and she never showed. And did not pick up the call. My mom missed her plane and had to reschedule it. And, my mother was a repeat customer and treated this way. Just get a Lyft or Uber.
