It was a great experience, they greeted me upon entry and plenty of staff available to assist me with my on boarding, Dr Tan was also pleasant easy to speak with and honest about what they can or cannot do for me. He completed a thorough exam, completed X-rays and set me up with reading materials so I can educate myself with what AIPM can do for me as a client. I look forward to establishing a relationship with the team and I feel optimistic that AIPM will be able to help me with my medical needs.
Dr Tam and staff are very professional, kind and generous. Very educational I would recommend it to anybody who is suffering from chronic pain.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and you can tell they strive to make your whole experience very comfortable. Dr. Tam really took his time listening to my history and explaining my treatment plan thoroughly. Treatment isn’t “cookie cutter”- everything feels customized. It’s refreshing to find support that really meets your body where it’s at. Halfway through my treatment and very pleased with my progress!
The team was great. They were very knowledgeable about my pain issue. They answered all of my questions and gave me a lot solution of how to fix my pain. The receptionist were amazing. Super nice and caring people.
