Saw Dr Syed. Great bedside manner, personable and made the visit comfortable.
Full face DOT Laser , Dr very professional Comforting to know that the staff are highly qualified and that you have access to aftercare if needed. Only on day 2, no pain or heat today so feeling a lot more relaxed today, looking forward to seeing the end results. Not sharing photo’slet’s just say it’s pretty dark, but upside is pain free.
The receptionist was just plain rude. I waited about 10mins while she was on the phone. She could have at least acknowledged me. Dr Syed, such a rude doctor! I wanted to get consultation on Pico laser & he said it’s a dumb to do so. He asked why did I come to Australia if I know the sun is harsh. Extremely disappointing experience with Absolute Cosmetic!
Dr Syed is sincere and compassionate. I've had three appointments, and each time I leave feeling satisfied and with positive outcomes.
