I've had 3 of my bikes worked on here-- tune ups, conversion to tubeless plus purchased a Diverge for my husband here. Customer service is always impeccable and the bicycle service team is the best
The crew is super helpful and made the purchase of my first cycling computer easy to navigate. With their first hand experience, and good knowledge of the products available, the pros and cons of each device were clear, more so than what a chat with AI had to offer.
