In my opinion, the shop has their shit together. Customer service has been great every time I’ve been in there. It’s my number one go to bike shop when I’m in Flagstaff.

terrible customer service - rented a gravel bike for a week $460 and first day it was flat so missed the ride planned and then it was weekend and ordered a tube not realizing it was tubeless and then never rode it and called to extend the reservation through the weekend to try again the next Sunday - guy said that it was available and to bring bike in to get tire fixed - made the inconvenient trip into shop to get tube fixed (their fault - not properly sealed) and we wait while they fix it before the guy informs me that it i... read more
