I went in there to get a bike assemble. And the store looked nice. They have various of bikes. Most prices Kashmir but I would prefer a good bike I would come here

Pathetic attitudes from snobby rude employees. Blonde with the boy cut and an npc mechanic didn't know how to provide efficient and appropriate customer service. I walked out thinking "Why are people like that?". I went elsewhere, got the service I needed, and they even talked to me like a human being. Absolutely Ridiculous!
Set up a full day rental on an e-bike. Staff offered advice on best trails to hit from downtown and confirmed my plan to circle Flag on the Flagsaff /AZ loop trail. Used up most of my battery, and they replaced it with a new one about half way thru my ride. Awesome day in Flagstaff. MONEY WELL SPENT.
