Beyond their obvious skills, Darren and Fred gave me info based on their expertise and experience and allow me time to digest. They came back a 2nd time when I made a tile change. Jack was accomodating and nice with rescheduling. 5 stars to very nice people who not only did their job beautifully, they did it with a smile.
