Do not use, absolutely disgraceful service. They damaged several pieces of furniture and then refused to rectify the damage they caused. When the owner finally answered the phone, he was verbally abusive, claiming this was not his problem to sort out and he does not have any insurance. Avoid this company.
Booked in for today. Rang last week to confirm, left several messages, text’s trying to confirm booking. Finally returned my call saying they would be there after 1 pm. It’s now 7pm. Cleaners coming in the morning and I have a house of furniture that’s not supposed to be here. Not a way to run a business. Do not use this company. very unprofessional. I don’t understand how they got 5 stars. I now have to organise removers at short notice. Such a stressful experience.
Tim and Brandon were excellent! Went over and above to ensure we were happy with the job. Highly recommend them.
Friendly service- really helped us out, as needed the job done ( with short notice - sorry Tim!) and he slotted us in and worked late till he finished the job. Appreciate the service.
