Weirdest customer service I’ve ever had, especially the manager, weird attitude, not good in listening to the request and lack of capability.
Loan sharks! Don’t take the time to explain anything just all about money which can be more understood if they just actually have a conversation but they don’t and their attitudes sucks especially the manager Linda in woodridge location
Been with this credit union for over 20 years but today I finally hit my limit. Time to look for a somewhere new that actually cares about the relationships they built over the 20 years. Not sure if management has changed but i feel they are on the wrong path and have been for a few years. Suggest you avoid and look for other options. There are many banks / credit unions out there who will treat you with respect and dignity after being with them for so many years.
I banked with them for 28 years. First Argonne Credit Union and now Abri Credit Union. Never had a problem. Prompt service. Will continue banking with them even though I now stay 2 hours away.
