Contacted someone about paying off a small credit card collections i have with abri and possibly reopening my account , a guy contacted me cancelled my in person appointment and said he needed my social and that he would have to forward it to the collections department and he would contact me back it’s been TWO months i haven’t heard from anyone ! Who did i give all my information to ? So strange I’m just trying to pay what i owe

Abri will Not protect your money. The first time I experienced fraud while banking with Abri- An online store I had purchased from previously was having a huge sale. I placed an order for approx. $120… and then realized within an hour it was a phony mirrored website. The real company had posted warning about the scam, so I tried to cancel the order but was unable to. My wife and I came in to have our closing documents notarized. Unbeknownst to us, there are specific requirements for notarizing mortgage documents. Dawn saved the day. She got in touch with Abri's Mortgage Department and between Dawn, Hilda, and Abri's Mortgage Department, our documents were properly notarized. Excellent Customer Service.
