The system is ALWAYS down! ALWAYS!!!!!! There was a block put on my card after trying to make a big purchase. Which I understand but the fraud department should have called me so I could verify the purchase. This happened on a Saturday evening so I had to wait until Monday to use my card. Very inconvenient!!!! Thank God I didn’t have a emergency. Now it’s Monday & guess what... The system down!
