Excellent, from the consultation to the end of my process there was a perfect communication, very fast and they were able to help me throughout my process and that of my partner. Since he had spent a lot of money with other lawyers.
If it were possible, I would assign zero stars to this review. My experience with this firm has been nothing short of appalling. Constant delays, endless excuses, and complete disregard for client inquiries. After months of frustration, I chose to retain another law firm to handle my residency application and formally requested a refund of my deposit. I had a very bad experience with this place, where I received terrible customer service. I went to their office twice for the U.S. background check service, as I was instructed when I first called them. Once there, they didn’t clearly explain the process, spoke as if I wasn’t even present, and on both occasions I was unable to complete the procedure.
