I had some extenuating circumstance and needed some grace and help from ABRC to cancel a class for me. They let me know they needed 48 hours, which I knew, but was hopeful they could make an exception. They said Jim would call me Friday -- which would be two days after my classes concluded so I didn't expect anything from it. Nobody even called though, no effort made, no care given. So no, they aren't there to help and don't expect any amount of assistance if an emergency happens. Tough luck! Would never recommend again.
