This tow call was for my mom and the tow truck driver we had was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to be helpful and to make sure everything went smoothly for her. We were very happy with the service provided. This call was through her Canadian Roadside Assistance, and I am not sure of the cost, so unable to comment on that.
The pair of workers were very professional and friendly.
