Me Abrams is a very funny, accommodating and thorough notary. He is also extremely affordable. I recommend his services.
David should not be working as a notary. He is too old and feeble minded for this profession (it’s sad because in his old age, he doesn’t understand this). He has committed crimes (changing wills with people who are not sound of mind) and works extremely slow (and makes mistakes). I have worked with dozens of notaries in Montreal (work in real estate) and he is by far the least competent I have encountered.
