Krista Eggum is an excellent lawyer, and extremely knowledgeable, warm & personable. Whatever preconceptions or fears you may have about lawyers will melt away when you meet her. She has now handled 2 real estate transactions for us, both buying & selling, & the process was much smoother than it could have been. Her real estate paralegal, Shelly Gurney, (who handles much of the correspondence for Krista's real estate transactions) is also excellent at her job; she is courteous, efficient & very knowledgeable.
