1 Star because 0 stars is not an option. Called for road service for one of our trucks down with a coolant leak. Individual who answered phone clearly didn’t want to go out and repair; immediately stated it was “seventeen twenty” and all the parts stores are closed. (Which isn’t the case, Pete, KW, International, all stay open after 5 pm). Individual said he’d call back in 10 minutes….13 hours later, no call. Horrible place!! Stay away.. I broke down he told to come over bring it over. I did and when I got there he was gone already… so much for waiting for me…
Since I didn't go there and didn't have an experience I'm going to say it sucked, didn't even notice it happened.
