I have recently worked with Albuquerque Elder Law to secure Medicaid coverage for my mother's Long Term Care. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were always quick to respond to questions, concerns and interacting with the Medicaid folks. I would definitely recommend this firm.
Receptionist was soooooo rude. Made it a point to immediately tell me the cost per hour. Was extremely short when i asked about consultations. I communicated that i wanted a consultation because i don’t even know if this is something i need representation for and she cut me off and restated the cost per hour. Turns out i do need representation but i definitely will not be going through this law office simply because of this receptionist.
If you need help with Medicare, Medicaid, P.O.As, and other end of life preparation. This is the place. Kind and caring staff with a great knowledge base.
We have used them now, three times, and they are the best in town, kind, try to save money, and very thorough.
The secretary was rude and patronizing. She was very assumptive and her tone was not appropriate for the call. She insinuated the cost was out of budget. Well being that you are a secretary; i assure you most people make more than you! Very poor for the image of the firm! Do better!
