Can’t recommend these guys enough… Stephanie was so helpful and hands on ; providing a personalised service with help and advice through out the whole process. The quality of the bed its self is better than we hoped for. Solid in both look and feel and the craftsmanship is evident. We received the bed it parts so we could construct in situ- very easy to do and feels robust. After long hours of searching I came upon the site of Abowed Furniture. I was looking for a hand-made oak bed - these guys seemed perfect. The simple plank bed was our choice but the owners were very open to making suggestions and coming up with ideas to subtly change the feel and look of the bed. Delighted with the bed. It looks amazing. Customer service was wonderful. When I explained the dimensions of the corridor leading to the bedroom, Steff and Chris were happy to adapt so that it could get past the low beams. It fitted together beautifully, the joinery is excellent. It is a real heritage piece to hand down the generations .
Absolutely fabulous bed - it's gorgeous, sturdy, and fits our US queen mattress perfectly. Would recommend without hesitation.
