There are not enough good words to share about Kathy's agency and the team that work for her. Kathy spent time understanding my mother's needs and ensured she had all the details needed to make our trip a success. My mom was nervous, but the guys that showed up had her laughing and kept her at ease! They handled her with care and made us feel like family. Above the rest transport was a helping hand and friendly non emergency transport service when I needed them. I needed a transport to an operation and did not have anyone to take me and drive me home after the same day open surgery. The Above the Rest driver, Sean, was cautious and empathetic while driving, understood the situation and did everything he could to keep me comfortable. Their non emergency medical transport service is well worth it for peace of mind. -j
It started with a phone call to Kathy. She was pleasant, helpful and patient with the doctors changing my surgery time a couple of times. My driver Sean, was amazing. I am not a morning person per se and add "no caffiene" to that and I can be quite the grump, but he made my morning much more bearable. He was pleasant, friendly and very professional.
