Carla saved my life during pregnancy and in my post partum days with her stretch sessions. She is gentle and loving but also strong and super wise about the body (she was a professor in movement back in Brazil and her authority shines through in every session). She took time to get to know what I needed and showed me ways to exercise at home between sessions for support. So many times I’ve gone to her feeling exhausted and left feeling high on life. I can’t recommend her more highly!
Carla is the best stretch specialist! I start the session with pain in my neck, back and legs. I feel like a million bucks when I leave. I look forward to my next session. It's SO worth it. She even teaches me stretches to do at home. Not only is Carla a great at her job but she is a super nice and caring person. She truly wants to help you.
I worked with stretch specialist Carla for 3 months at the very begining of my journey with a herniated L5S1 disc. She was my lifeline in a very scary, uncertain time. She is an incredible therapist (in more ways than just stretching!) I would leave her sessions not only feeling both mentally and physically better but also with a list of excercise and stretching homework to do at home. She is a fountain of knowledge.
