Had Gwen do new seats for my boat and they are awesome. She is a hard worker and knows her stuff. Fair prices and top quality workmanship.
I had a Pergola cover that was damaged in high winds..had no idea who to take it to. Found this company when they were located in Brechin,ont..just down the street from me.. I showed Gwen the damage to all 4 corners where the material and ties had ripped away.. Left it with her and was in no hurry for it as i knew she was busy with boat interiors.. Checked in a month later and it was epaired to perfection!!..Totally reinforced so no way the ties would tear off..she also reinforced all the seams..couldnt have asked for more..... read more
Gwen Switzer manufactured 2 boat covers for my 24' 2010 Checkmate Pulsare and most recently my 24' 2017 Checkmate Pulsare high performance boat. She did an excellent job using Treo Endura with Tanara thread. The cover and materials were of the highest grade. She also upholstered a rodent damaged seat on my 2012 Z9 Nitro bass boat. I would highly recommend her.
Do not buy from above board covers. Gwen, the owner, produces an inferior product. 30 gauge plastic that is so defective you can’t see thru it. Poor cuts, mismeasurements, zippers that don’t line up, fasteners placed on the outside the canvass so plastic couldn’t be rolled and clipped. We were in two rainfalls during a recent trip and the canvass leaked like a siv. It was raining harder on the inside of the boat than outside!!!!!
