I came into above & beyond acupuncture to try out cupping for the first time. Paul takes the time to explain to you how the process works and figure out what your problem areas are. I wanted to try cupping to release stress and tension from my shoulders and just after one session it felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. I’m so glad I found above & beyond acupuncture, I now getting cupping one to two times a month with Paul.
Paul has been incredibly helpful in working with me on my lower back pain. His treatments have been helpful in reducing my level of pain and he has given me lifestyle advice, which I have implemented. I know it will take time to be where I want to be in terms of healing, but feel I am on the right path thanks to Paul.
Even though I grew up on the East Coast, I had no experience with Eastern medicine until I moved to Arizona. I was never really sure about how and if acupuncture actually worked. However, I visited Paul’s office a few years ago to deal with some menopause symptoms and I was surprised with how much it did help. When I recently started having some sleep issues I knew where I needed to go. After receiving only 3 acupuncture treatments and most recent cupping, to address my tight muscles and forearm tendonitis, I have noticed much relief.
