First off, the movers were great. They were very friendly and ready to help. What’s not so great are the hidden fees. When I hired the company years ago on 2 separate occasions, there were no hidden charges that I can recall. This time, I had to have the movers come out twice because some of the furniture required a lift. On the second trip out, there was a $100 service charge that was never mentioned. This was an affordable and great company to work with regarding a last minute move. They were so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding regarding my situation. I highly recommend them to help you move.
The movers were very professional and fast. Very agreeable to everything we needed at my job. Would definitely recommend.
This “company” cares NOTHING about your belongings. All they care about is $$$. They broke several pieces of my platinum edged China because they did not wrap the pieces individually. They put several pieces together wrapped in one single layer of brown paper. I have several valuable pieces of art that were damaged as well.
