First off, the movers were great. They were very friendly and ready to help. What’s not so great are the hidden fees. When I hired the company years ago on 2 separate occasions, there were no hidden charges that I can recall. This time, I had to have the movers come out twice because some of the furniture required a lift. On the second trip out, there was a $100 service charge that was never mentioned. This “company” cares NOTHING about your belongings. All they care about is $$$. They broke several pieces of my platinum edged China because they did not wrap the pieces individually. They put several pieces together wrapped in one single layer of brown paper. I have several valuable pieces of art that were damaged as well. I had to go and pack one of my bathrooms myself because they didn’t. They almost left it all in the bathroom.
