What a great store to visit. Lots of products with fabulous and knowledgeable customer service.
In response to our shopper with the sad experience, we apologize. We remember that day well. Our new Monday Store Open hours are 11:00a - 1:00p. We are closed from 1:00p - 6:00p for in-store appointments, purposely, so we can focus on the needs of those clients . We had appointments scheduled for that day. At 1:00p when it was time to close for special appointments, there were ladies browsing. Not wanting to ask them to leave and knowing we had some time before our appointment, we kept the doors open.
