Jaysun met with my mother in law and myself and took extra time to plan out her move speaking and listening directly to her. He was kind, thoughtful and thorough. On the day of her move two wonderful employees ( Gabriel and Andrew) executed the move beautifully with care. The communication was excellent from the start of the process to the end of the process. I highly recommend this group!

This is the second or third time I've hired About Seniors Moving. They've been amazing every single time. Sadly this last time was to pack up my father's place after he passed away. This was a weird emotional move for me. The office gentleman was great and made sure everything was double checked and in place the day before the move. I was happy when jaysun came to my apartment and said the contract I signed included two men to pack and move me and 2 women to unpack and help me organize in my new place. The move was almost 3 weeks ago. No women have shown up. I have called and left messages , No call back. I have large boxes blocking my closet. Nothing in my kitchen cabinets. Basically a mess. I have smaller incidents but I think you get the picture. Not sure what to do at this point…… maybe just cry a lot! Just be careful…..
