Very poor service. I paid for a product over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I was passed between multiple staff members, each promising a solution but doing nothing
my uncle brought a hoover power Nozzle belt 3 weeks ago and just keep telling us to wait for the transport for it to arrive to the store，not solving the problems，we been there twice and the belt is not arrive ，not giving refund，really bad customer service people pushing issue around and not helping at all.
I went to this place for a vacuum repair enquiry and I ended up after buying a wertheim 7 series vacuum. Faysal was fantastic. He is an absolute legend. Will highly recommended this store to friends and family.
