Tammy Bates was very helpful with me on what I was asking from her and she went above and beyond on doing that. The bank was even closing at that time and she still wouldn't quit until I was satisfied. Co-workers would look at the clock and want to rush and go home but not Tammy bates. I brought my three kids with me , and she was very interacting and very polite. All banks need people like Tammy bates or anywhere for that matter.
