This institution has gone downhill. They take away member perks without notice and their customer service team gaslights you when you call about something wrong with your account. Also, for most banks a cashier's check is as good as cash and will go straight into your account, BUT NOT HERE. The teller will say it's only a 5 day hold, but no worries it's a 10 day hold🥳

I very rarely take the time to leave a review. But I was taken back by the professionalism, friendly demeanor, prompt communication and the overall experience I had with two associates at the Abound Credit Union located inside Walmart in Bardstown. Buying a vehicle is a stressful time for myself. Ashley Brown and Rebekah Biggerstaff actually made the process stress free and almost enjoyable.
