Cameron Cox provided superior customer care as we migrated our numerous ACU accounts to the new system. Her patience, professionalism and diligence made our visit both successful and productive.
I was told my skip a payment had been approved on my auto loan but the money was still taken from my account. The reasoning was because there wasn't $35 in my account to pay the skip a payment fee. There wasn't $35 but they managed to take $450 for the auto loan. That makes no sense so I of course wanted answers, so I asked to talk to the branch manager Francy.
