Excellent service and take the times to explain everything
Wow where do I even start. Chance is so amazing. I reached out to discuss a loan application and matter and spoke to her about what I wanted to do. I dealt with many financial institutions and it was always the same “no”, you don’t have the credit” there nothing we can do” every from the “locally owned banks.” Not Abound or Chance, it was okay let’s see what we can do, and she went right to work. Wouldn't cash a check because it was over a certain limit. After going somewhere else and cashing it, I came back and put money in the account. Hours later, my account gets locked and I was unable to use my cards anywhere.
