Do not recommend! Ignored my messages for months and I gave him the benefit of the doubt because it's busy wedding season. Fast forward to a week before my wedding he FINALLY corresponds with a simple sorry he can't do it and gave me a refund the next day without further word or anything.I've had to scramble around last minute for a new photographer for Saturday Nov 11th, 23! Highly unprofessional and highly heartbreaking how much stress this caused.
Andrew was such a pleasure to work with, a consummate professional. We pretty much got lucky to have picked him for my daughter's courthouse wedding. He was so quick to respond to our questions and last minute requests, quite flexible and really so easy to work with. We knew that the photos would be the one thing we could cherish forever and Andrew provided us with that and more. I cannot recommend Andrew enough for your big day! -Maria
I recently worked with Andrew on a wedding in San Diego. As a wedding planner it is very stressful when vendors are slow to respond to emails regarding the wedding so Andrew was really a breath of fresh air. He was quick to respond to all my questions, extremely flexible with any changes to the timeline and just an overall great guy. We hired Andrew Abouna to do our engagement and wedding photography and couldn't have been happier; I still get emotional every time looking at our album and like to pretend that my normally steely-eyed husband does too :) Extremely professional, prompt, well-priced and our photos were beautiful.
We contacted Andrew to photograph our wedding because we loved the style of pictures on his website. We were very disappointed that he was already booked for another wedding but he offered to have his associate, Derek, photograph our wedding instead.
