The management at Aboriginal Community Elders Service have no management skills and no people skills. They are very disrespectful.

Management doesn’t know how to run this place. They are very uncivilised people and they bully their staff.
Worked there for new manager that doesn't care about the elders. Staff work under a great deal of pressure which impacts their care withe elders. Organisation only care about lining their own pockets and does not payfood or medication bills. Also do not pay staff properly leading to staff having to go to Fair work.
