I called for a phone consultation, and after answering their questions, they told me I needed to come into the office and pay $100 for an in‑person consultation. I paid it and showed up, only for the lawyer to ask me the exact same questions they had already asked over the phone. She realized it was a waste of my time and said they would refund my $100 and that someone would call me. I wouldn’t recommend these lawyers at all. They were so disorganized that they kept calling me to repeat the same questions and request the same documents, not once or twice, but more than five times. And even then, they still followed up about things I had already sent. It felt like they weren’t paying attention at all. Look for someone who actually wants to help you instead of wasting your time and money.
