I wouldn’t usually go out of my way to leave a review but I visited the the store this weekend and experienced terrible service. There was a blonde lady at the counter who barely acknowledged me when I went to pay, she overcharged me for my items and acted as if I had inconvenienced her when I picked up on it. She quickly grabbed the cash from the till and shoved it in my direction with no apology. I placed an order a the team contacted be to say there would be a delay as the item was out of stock do they wanted to check if I still wished to proceed. I then received a text message confirming when the item had arrived and to inform me that shipping details would follow.
