So disappointed with the quality of my pillows. From the initial purchase, to refills and dry cleaning, I've spent hundreds of dollars per pillow, and the quality is terrible. They fluff up okay but the second you lay on them they deflate to around 3 inches.

Initial quality is Good, however the pillow cases wore through quickly and had holes appear very quickly after 6 months or so. Sheets got very unfortable and could not get them white again after brief use. Asked customer service, told us its our problem despite following the normal care procedures. Disappointed to say the least. Wanted to support a local Australia company and have proven to have made a bad mistake.
The Staff are amazing at this business, the quality and value of the items and products are outstanding, i highly recommend & will be sure to purchase from this business again. 10/10
First night in our commercial sheets and they are incredible. High recommended. Super thick and very quality.
