I can not give a better review. My experience at Reside was great! Got a beautiful gently used couch for a GREAT price. The customer service was also amazing and we got same day delivery through someone they recommended! I will say I was hesitant to go here because apple maps took us to the old redmond location instead of the woodinville location but they did not miss. Amazing all around could not be happier.
This place is a joke. They sell used furniture and/or the “sales” people hang out in it all day and don’t care what shape they leave it in. The employees do not want to help you and seem to be offended when you ask a question. Save your time & money and a go elsewhere!!
"Lightly used" is just a joke. Terrible customer service. You're better spending a bit more and getting brand new furniture, or buy lightly used furniture in the marketplace.
I arrived at the store on Thursday June 8 at 12 noon, and it was closed, although it was written on Google that it was open. There have been no announcements as to why the store was closed or when it will reopen. This shows disrespect for customers. I was very disappointed and angry.
